A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ANSWERING SERVICE AGENT

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you are the heart of our operation. Your primary duties involve answering incoming calls and initiating outgoing calls. You will attentively listen to the customers, gather relevant information, and provide basic details about their required services. The role involves taking accurate notes and detailed messages, which you can easily manage while maintaining clear communication over the phone. Your tasks include scheduling appointments, processing orders, and payments, and ensuring all calls are documented and forwarded to the relevant departments. If maintaining orders and providing excellent customer service is second nature to you, this role could be a perfect fit!

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ANSWERING SERVICE AGENT

  • Fluency in writing and speaking Spanish
  • A resident of AL, FL, GA, KS, NV, SC, TN, TX, or VA
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

-Processor: Pentium i5 Quad-core (Equivalent or better)

-Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum

-Hard Drive: 128GB minimum

Operating System:

-Microsoft Windows 10 and above

Monitors:

-Primary Monitor size: 15”+ minimum with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling.

Installed Software:

-Anti-virus (Windows): Windows Defender only.

-Malwarebytes is the only permitted anti-malware software.

Computer Peripheral Requirements:

-Webcam.

-Plug and Play Mouse that does not use additional software.

-Plug and Play Soft-Touch Keyboard (for Laptops, too) that does not utilize additional software.

-Approved USB Headset.

Internet Requirements:

-You must provide a stable Cable or Fiber Ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50MBps download and 10MBps upload.

*We do not allow any form of wireless Internet Service or connection, which also means you can not use Wi-Fi and will need to connect your computer via ethernet.
