Posted Aug 20

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring smooth financial operations? We’re looking for a Billing Analyst who’s ready to take charge of the entire billing cycle—from signed contract to cash collection. You’ll be the key player in making sure our contracts move seamlessly through billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable, all while optimizing our processes and improving cash flow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Contract Management: Ensure that all signed contracts are accurately processed and transitioned into billing and invoicing. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clear records and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time. You’ll monitor outstanding balances and work proactively to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee the collection of payments, following up with customers as needed to ensure timely cash flow. You’ll track accounts receivable and report on any aging accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance billing and collection processes. You’ll work closely with other teams to implement improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, both internally and externally. You’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the company and with our customers.

You'll be great for this role if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field.
  • Are highly detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to improve processes.
  • Are comfortable working with billing software and financial systems.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Thrive in a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the company’s financial health.
  • It's a plus to have an understanding of Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
