RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join the Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, the Billing Coordinator is responsible for generating billing invoices, identifying discrepancies in billing data, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to work with other departments and members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- 1+ year’s experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience working with accounting systems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and finance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- High degree of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working in Higher Education and familiarity with Higher Education procurement processes, preferred but not required
- Experience working with Sage Intacct is preferred
