Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient bookkeeping professional with a strong background in using NetSuite/SAP/Fulfil or a similar ERP. The ideal candidate will be agile, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Financial Recording: Record a diverse range of daily financial transactions with precision, ensuring they are accurately reflected in our ledgers.
- ERP Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities to perform all bookkeeping tasks, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k contributions, and bank accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to align on financial operations, share insights, and support overall financial strategies.
- Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to our current accounting processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in the precise preparation of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Audit Support: Perform periodic audits to ensure financial transactions are fairly and accurately represented, maintaining high standards of financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- ERP Proficiency: Proven experience and expertise in utilizing NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities.
