Our Mission

Our goal is to use farmland to cool the earth. We are currently monitoring 200 million acres of land in over 45 countries. This year alone, with just one project, our carbon emissions reductions are equivalent to taking 17,000 cars off the road! We are already on our way to a more sustainable planet.

Growth You’ll Foster

Regrow is seeking a Brand and Creative Director to help elevate our brand through compelling visual design. As a member of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate to create presentations, sales collateral, website pages, social media assets, and other design deliverables that support marketing programs and company initiatives. To be successful in this position you must be passionate about our industry, able to navigate between big and small projects, and collaborate across all functions of the company. 

What You'll Do as a Brand and Marketing Director

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create on-brand, visually effective communications across a wide range of channels and projects
  • Effectively communicate design ideas based on a clear understanding of Regrow’s products and customers
  • Create new and original visual solutions and evolve existing designs as needed
  • Partner with stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed with a high level of quality and delivered on time
  • Synthesize constructive feedback and incorporate it into projects

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising/brand design (in-house or agency), b2b experience a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, Art & Design
  • A well-rounded portfolio with examples of marketing, brand, and sales collateral work
  • Solid experience and understanding of UI and UX best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools including but not limited to Adobe CC Suite, Figma, Canva 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding visual communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for a B2B tech brand
  • Motion graphics, illustration, and video editing skills
  • Experiences building incredible digital experiences with Webflow
