The Role

As a critical member of the Lifetime Loyalty Team, you will play a vital role in crafting premium and memorable brand programs. We seek a visionary designer who not only excels in creating visually striking designs but understands the essence of upscale and sophistication in premium brand identity. Working in collaboration with creative, strategy, and operations colleagues, you'll be responsible for crafting the visual identity of unique loyalty programs, ensuring they align with our clients’ brand ethos and appeal to their target audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Creation and refinement of loyalty program brand identities, ensuring they not only resonate with the client’s core values and loyalty goals but also embody a sense of luxury and sophistication
  • Conduct in-depth research into client brands to fully understand their market position, brand essence, and audience, ensuring that the loyalty programs we develop are not only effective but also seamlessly integrated and harmonious with each brand's unique identity
  • Manage the visual components for loyalty programs, ensuring consistency and impact
  • Work closely with the strategy team, introducing creative design concepts that elevate customer engagement and retention
  • Ensure all print design materials are accurate, thoroughly QA'd, and ready for print vendors, overseeing the preparation and final approval process to guarantee quality and consistency
  • Provide art direction for content creation, overseeing the visual quality of photography, videography, and other media
  • Clearly articulate the rationale behind design concepts, ensuring effective communication of design intentions and benefits
  • Produce clear, concise documentation to align cross-functional teams on expectations, goals, and guidelines
  • Demonstrate self-direction by working autonomously and leading others towards achieving goals
  • Fulfill commitments, proactively address issues, and contribute towards team goals when challenges arise
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continually enhance the loyalty program offerings

What We're Looking For:

  • A compelling portfolio that includes examples of premium, high-end brand identities or projects demonstrating your ability to deliver sophisticated and visually striking design solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
  • In-depth knowledge of print design principles, production processes, and vendor management to ensure high-quality print materials
  • Exceptional ability to communicate design concepts and strategies to team members and clients alike
  • A strategic thinker with a penchant for crafting designs that foster deep brand loyalty and customer engagement, with the ability to translate these designs across both digital and print mediums
  • An eye for detail, with exceptional skills in aesthetics, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills, able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with motion design, familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Monday), and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JS standards
  • Sound Design Experience, particularly with motion, is a plus.

$65 - $75 an hour
