Your Impact:

The Business Operations Specialist is going to be a key member of the Axon META team with the primary goal of providing support to enable the team and customers to be successful in their partnerships. The professional in this role will be managing Business Intelligence, dealing with permits, logistics, and operations required for business Axon to invest their sales efforts, project management, and continuous improvements of Internal Processes.

What You’ll Do:

Support local sales teams to engage all stakeholders, like distributors, customers, and local service partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for all joined activities that involve external parties in activities related to the following areas:

  • Manage and oversee surveys on government customers with the intent of understanding market needs, driving product adoption, and positioning Axon as the technology partner for Law Enforcement agencies in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey;
  • Processing and monitoring of public tenders in coordination with local teams;
  • Preparation, compilation and presentation of the documentation required in the tender specifications.
  • Invoicing management and internal financial processes;
  • Study of requirements and solvency.
  • Preparation, compilation and presentation of the documentation required in the tender specifications.
  • Drafting of commercial offers and reports.
  • Monitoring and management of the tender procedure, as well as immediate transmission of its resolution.
  • Define KPIs in agreement with the Sales Organization to be measured through customer data collection (surveys);
  • Expected Results / Deliverables: it is expected to collect and report market intelligence on a quarterly basis after 6 months on the job;
  • Personal Development: The position will require continuous personal development to enhance their skills, especially Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Project Management, and Compliance Acknowledgement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong working knowledge of compliance programs, sales operations, shipping and logistics.
  • Bilingual: Arabic, French and English
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Project Management experience, comfortable dealing with long and complex processes.
  • Government sales experience preferred (RFP, RFI, RFQ responses, managing the procurement process for long sales cycle).
  • Marketing and Business Intelligence background.
  • Familiarity with Service Management processes is well appreciated.
  • Experience with Law Enforcement technology solutions is a plus.
