Your Role
As Business Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled, creative, and collaborative team who will work together to bring innovations to life. By directly reaching thousands of members, your work on their experience will help create meaningful, positive change on a large scale. Our shared goal is to transform the way members receive transformative care. You will play a key role in optimizing aptihealth’s product portfolio by partnering with the business to clearly understand and define business requirements, and by using data to drive decision making.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the performance of our products, utilizing user feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our product, development, clinical and business operations teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring a customer-centric and mobile-first approach to our solutions.
- Develop comprehensive technical and training documentation for our products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure that documentation remains current and reflects the latest product features and best practices.
- Design and develop engaging training materials and curricula for various learning formats, including instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning.
- Deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting content and delivery style to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials, revising as necessary to improve user adoption and performance.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Participate actively in the product development process, providing insights on user requirements, usability, and overall product functionality.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare IT industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical and training documentation for software products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a startup environment.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is strongly preferred
Travel Anticipated
This position requires overnight travel approximately 10%.
