ABOUT THE ROLE
Reiz Tech is searching for a Business Analyst (BA) to join the Scrum team to work with an international client. This person will be responsible for analysing business client and stakeholders needs, supporting the development of product features, working closely with the Development team and defining user stories.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathers and analyses the stakeholder, business, solution requirements
- Participates and contributes to business alignment meetings
- Creates and communicates Product Backlog items
- Leads the Backlog refinement meeting and follows the agreed priorities
- Aligns requirements and with the Development team
- Supports ranking/prioritizing Product Backlog items and Sprint planning
- Contributes to Sprint planning: communicates with stakeholders and explains requirement details to the team
- Helps to keep Product Backlog up to date
- Helps to remove impediments related to requirements
- Participates in the Bug triage meetings to consult the team if the discussed item is a bug or a new requirement
- Continuously improves and maintains business analysis and related competencies
- Exchanges best practices and ideas with colleague
Job requirements
- Has at least 2 years of Business Analysis experience, with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in custom software development projects
- Initial requirement gathering, elicitation
- Stakeholder management. Expectation management for stakeholders.
- Work prioritization
- Adaptable - accepts that requirements can change (we work to the best of our knowledge, if knowledge changes, we change our approach).
- Supporter rather than problem raiser
- A motivated individual that focuses on achieving excellent results through being analytical, accurate, independent and responsible
- Ability to work effectively in an international team with strong collaboration, communication and business relationship skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
ADVANTAGES
Experience in working within a financial environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
