The Business Banking Lending team is seeking a highly motivated analytical thinker with strong technical skills and business acumen to help drive the growth of our lending business. A successful candidate will collaborate across the organization to develop and bring to life a growth strategy for lending to small businesses. The candidate will also help define the product continuum across Small Business lending and Ink Credit cards and help determine how we market these options to customers. Lastly, the candidate will help manage the P&L of the Small Business lending business and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiencies.
The role will support the following key components:
Partner across the Business Banking Lending and Chase Ink teams to help develop our continuum across lending products; work with functional partners (e.g. Risk, Marketing, and Finance) to develop and grow products
Help define the multi-year strategy for growth and profitability in the Small Dollar Lending business
Work with Marketing strategy lead to develop key campaigns that successfully target both existing and prospective customers
Monitor portfolio performance, identify and execute optimization opportunities
Prepare and present updates to senior management on growth strategies
Areas of responsibility include:
Executing against strategy and growth plans (end-to-end)
Working collaboratively with team members across LOBs and functional areas
Developing and contributing to concise communication materials for senior management
Ensuring work aligns to the overall project objectives and JPMC strategic priorities
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) preferred
5+ years of general banking experience; 2+ years in an analytics focused role
Experience partnering with highly analytical teams, such as risk and finance
Experience analyzing and understanding P&Ls and key drivers
Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with large data sets and proven ability to extrapolate key findings
An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches
A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of Business Banking and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment
Ability to work in an environment of strong risk and controls
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
