We need an English-fluent Business Development Executive, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with company’s sales & marketing channels – like Oracle & Kinaxis Sales Teams.
- Establish a cadence of communication with all potential lead sources and drive activity to keep the lead sources engaged.
- Design and develop lead generation campaigns in conjunction with Sales Representatives from Software Vendors.
- Generate leads through an established network of contacts, cold calling, mailing campaigns and networking/prospecting.
- Qualify prospects.
- Follow up through phone on leads generated from the company's marketing efforts, website, and by software partners, qualify for transition to outside sales agents.
- Set up meetings over the phone and through email communications.
- Document activities and lead progression using the company's sales-tracking tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in Business Development for IT/ITeS.
- MBA, BBA in Marketing, or a related degree is preferred.
- Willing to do cold calling with the zeal to reach daily call targets & ready to put efforts to grab a connected call/opportunity and consider that as a success and stepping stone as part of the job routine.
- Experience with Documentation of the calls, completed activities, plans, and reporting, as it's vital to the nature of work.
- A sense of responsibility or ownership must be demonstrated at work.
- Strong hunter skills and enthusiasm to close new business.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Business Tools Known: Microsoft technologies, Zoho CRM or similar (Salesforce).
- Good communication skills and command over the language – English (converse and write in English).
- Willingness to work with a passion in a lead generation and sales role.
- Logical reasoning and online research capabilities to comprehend unfamiliar processes and terminology that are essential for the role and job function.
- Must be a team player and share acquired knowledge and insights about the job function across the team.
- Must be able to do self-research and come up with some basic understanding or first-hand information about any unknown concepts before seeking help, as it will save time, improve cognitive skills, and will benefit personally as well as the team.
- Maintain a calm and composed state when encountering a difficult situation on cold calls and must use presence of mind to overcome any tough situations.
- Self-motivation, self-learning, and self-development must be part of one’s nature.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- The commission system will be agreed upon directly with the talent.
- This position is for an independent contractor through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
