Business Development Lead
Job description
Imagine the impact you could have on global healthcare...
Ready to make your mark in the world of digital health? Luscii has a unique opportunity for an extraordinary individual to join as the Business Development Lead for the UK. Our mission is to make digital healthcare accessible everywhere, and we want you to lead this in a culture promoting personal growth and work-life balance. Your role with Luscii will place you in a vibrant international scale-up environment, collaborating daily with healthcare professionals. We want to make Luscii available to as many patients as possible through our partner organisations in the NHS (or private) and to make sure everyone has access to the best possible care. Together, we will uncover opportunities for our remote monitoring platform, helping to transform care pathways and making a direct, tangible impact on patients and clinicians alike. We are looking for an individual that can lead a team, set out strategy, evaluate and optimize team members role fit, but also play an active role as an individual contributor for whom no task is too trivial.
We have launched Luscii first in The Netherlands and we can use some of those experiences. Nevertheless, the health system in the UK as well as the culture at UK customers differs from the Netherlands. Meaning the strategy needs to be set up specifically for the UK. Your other accountabilities include closing, extending and amending customer contracts as well as up- or cross-selling Luscii Programs. You are going to create breeding ground for successful implementations at our customers and ensure that ICS and trusts benefit as much as possible from using Luscii in the broadest sense. As part of a Holacracy organisation, your agile mindset will empower you to take ownership, innovate, and generate momentum. You'll work with other members of the Scale UK circle to develop strategies that ensure our continued growth and positive impact.
We're looking for a trusted partner, a persuasive influencer who can encourage senior leadership and medical professionals to embark on the Luscii journey. If you're ready to be a part of something big and make a real difference in digital healthcare, join us at Luscii.

And now
So that’s who we are and what new colleague we’re looking for, if you have any questions about the role or Luscii? Please contact Jamy Pot, Recruiter, via jamy@luscii.com. All Lusciians are passionate about healthcare. We always see opportunities to innovate, to improve and to create space for care, allowing NHS healthcare professionals more bandwidth to provide real attention for those in need. We have developed a world-class remote patient monitoring platform that is used in 7 countries and are the market leader in The Netherlands. We have the same ambition for Luscii in the UK and are already helping NHS professionals and patients throughout the country. Care at home in Sunderland (see video) shows a real-life example of how Luscii can impact people’s lives. We work closely together with ICS organisations, helping them to reach their visions of deploying digitally enabled care pathways across multiple organisations, as seen through the recent NHSx partnership award, ultimately helping to create one of the major redesigns in the recent history of the NHS.
