About the job Business Development Manager (Russian)

Are you a native Russian speaker with experience as BD Manager in the Cyprus market? 

Then this role might be of your interest! And guess what??? It's fully remote! 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trend and industry-focused research
  • Understand sales and business development strategy and how to translate it into a structured prospecting plan
  • Create a prospecting strategy and conduct in-depth searches in target industries using digital tools and platforms to identify potential target companies and stakeholders
  • Facilitate business development by generating leads through your network.
  • Able to coordinate marketing efforts
  • Create appropriate messages to communicate with identified contacts and hold conversations with them to ascertain needs and elicit interest
  • Conduct research and test new lead-generation tools
  • Help shape a new business department
  • Record, track, and manage prospects in CRM

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development/ sales and consulting ( banking / fintech outsourcing, fintech / banking network and consultancy expertise)
  • Strong experience in resource management
  • Have a proven track record of outbound lead generation
  • Experience in the Cyprus market is a must
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Familiarity with IT concepts
  • Capable of conducting strategy-driven, targeted research
  • You are reliable, confident, and have a personal charm that allows you to easily connect with others
  • International sales experience would be considered as advantage
  • Fluent in English and Russian language
