Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting forex products and services, and conducting market research to provide insightful analysis. You will assist clients with account opening and trading, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote forex products and services to potential clients via phone and email communication.
- Conduct research on market trends and provide insightful market analysis to clients.
- Assist clients with account opening and trading forex.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers.
- Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto industry or other related industry.
- Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English.
- Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products.
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
