Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours
Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Salary Range: Up to $1500/month, Based on Skills and Experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)
Locations: Remote, open to candidates across multiple time zones (EST preferred, PST acceptable)
Holiday Adherence: US Holidays
PTO Entitlement: 15 days of PTO per year, in addition to public holidays and sick leave.

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping to drive growth through strategic outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Outreach
- Research potential customers, industries, and markets. Initiate outreach to key decision-makers in targeted companies.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Utilize channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound emails, cold calling, and referrals to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Engage with prospects through personalized follow-ups, guiding them through the sales funnel and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or AI-related sales role.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft impactful outreach messages.
- Proven success in generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment.
