Summary:

The Business Integration Program Manager will focus on unique acquisitions, in the space of post-close projects that require special attention and management to be further integrated into OneDigital’s expansive ecosystem. This role will work cross-functionally with areas including Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations (including PMO), Finance, IT, HR, and service vertical SMEs (P&C, Retirement + Wealth, Medicare, PEO, etc.) in strategically executing a comprehensive integration. Gaining and using a thorough understanding of OneDigital’s model and value proposition and using operational strategy, the Program Manager will prioritize projects, design an integration roadmap, create and track plan templates, coordinate communications and mindfully connect the dots across the business to optimize the migration of the acquisition into OneDigital in line with company strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the overall plan for the unique business integration, its major milestones and tracking against this (to include stakeholder report-outs) through to delivery
  • Serve as point of contact for the acquisition post-close and act as an advisor by building and maintaining relationships across the entire stakeholder community
  • Partner with the executive sponsor and relevant SMEs/Project Managers of each service vertical to communicate program goals, objectives, dependencies and potential outcomes and work towards complete integration
  • Work with market leaders on understanding the integration and benefits of the new business and the opportunities that come with it
  • Work with IT and Finance to align intake and appropriate dissemination of revenue
  • Coordination with IT and M&A teams on specific vendors/CRMs/AMS systems that will become a singular or limited standard that will impact future acquisition deals, as well as IT maintenance needs
  • Manage the onboarding of new and existing services to/from vendor partners and drive adoption based on approved and agreed upon go forward applications
  • Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects in the program, and resolves conflicts and solutions for roadblocks
  • Creates reporting and project updates to track overall success and obstacles to share with leadership and stakeholders
  • Documents processes and other relevant information to keep record for reflection and future efficiencies
  • Collaborate with relevant team members on similar experiences for continuous improvement and development of processes

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing “upward” among senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, inspire and motivate staff and maintain alignment with the business strategy
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with the drive to uphold OneDigital’s Shared Values (optimistic, personable, relentless, innovative, responsive, trustworthy, strategic)
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and highly reactive/responsive
  • Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure in dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with C-suite and Executives
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, Teams)
  • Experience in working in a PPM tool and organizing multiple projects

Education, Training and Experience:

  • At least 4-6 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects and/or programs spanning long stretches of time
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Smartsheet experience preferred
  • Medicare industry experience preferred
  • Desired experience in Health & Benefits / Insurance industry or dealing with multiple acquisition transitions
  • Experience with and preferred certification in at least one project / program management methodology such as:
  • PMI’s PMBOK
  • PRINCE2
  • Agile (CSM, CSPO, similar)
  • MSP
