We have a hybrid remote model with half the team in San Francisco, and the other half distributed across the US in cities like Seattle, Denver, Austin, New York, and beyond.
On the BizOps team, you will be the trusted strategic and operational partner of sales and marketing. The role is 40% devising strategic recommendations from detailed data analysis, 30% owning sales and marketing infrastructure and systems, and 30% driving experiments that make an impact on the business bottom line. You will drive key prospect-to-customer initiatives to ensure the company is tracking to revenue goals, while reporting to executive leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the leadership team to identify and analyze new opportunities and existing processes for improvements to Anrok’s strategy and workflows for GTM teams
- Wrangle multiple internal and external sources of data to optimize prospect identification
- Support the modeling and forecasting of key GTM drivers and metrics
- Drive the research and development of new sales and marketing tools to improve our go-to-market execution
- Provide strategic support to initiatives such as developing territories, forecasting performance, setting quotas and capacity planning
- Lead the identification and analysis of challenges and inefficiencies in the customer journey, presenting your findings with supporting data and analysis
- Own reporting, analytics, and performance of sales infrastructure across the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot and more.
What excites us:
- 2+ years at a top tier financial institution or consulting firm, or are within Biz ops or strategy at software company
- Strong SQL and Excel skills (required), and introductory knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
- Exceptional written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and informative
- You are a self-starter and have a track record of navigating ambiguity and producing concrete results
- You embrace solving problems and have a beginner’s mindset
