Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to monitor our organization’s functions and build processes that meet our business needs.

Business Operations Manager responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and monitoring the company’s OKRs. To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.

Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Collaborate with technical and product leadership team to identify, develop and implement high-impact business process improvements
  • Support the leadership team in developing appropriate reporting, communication, and operations in order to accelerate the process toward growth, development, and commercial targets
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork & collaboration
  • Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress toward organization goals
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Providing executives and other senior leaders with insight and analysis of the organization’s operations
  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Managing the company OKRs
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability

Job requirements

  • 5+ years as Business Operation Manager or similar roles
  • Proven track record of consultancy on the executive level
  • Good knowledge of operations management
  • Experience with building and managing OKRs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with change management processes and/or methodologies
  • The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
  • Experience working in Series A / Series B startups is a strong plus
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity domain will be an advantage
  • Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • Builder / self-managed mindset
  • Effective while working in a fast-paced environment, in the distributed, multicultural environment
  • Experience driving process improvements through successful cross-functional department coordination
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working in Series A / Series B startups
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity domain
