The Business Process Analyst, Senior is responsible for the integrity of Zebra’s internal business processes in the assigned Business Product owner area they are affiliated with. In an agile organization, the product owner is responsible for prioritizing and overseeing the development team’s tasks and making sure the company derives as much value as possible from the team’s work. Agile product owners have many responsibilities—some are strategic while others are tactical. They must have the ability to convert a product strategy into an effective tactical plan, product owners must first gain a clear understanding of the strategy and the company’s vision for the product. They ensure our business is run effectively, efficiently and in support of delivering against our commitments internally and externally to our customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

This position can work hybrid in Holtsville, NY or remote-nationwide for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, performs, and implements the most complex process improvement initiatives. Business Product owner partnering with IT to support LEAN and AGILE system implementations and drive change and continuous improvement. Projects may span business product owners and require significant cross functional alignment or involvement.
  • Works proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and implement standard operating processes across products and functions that integration together seamlessly to deliver results
  • Conducts root cause analysis of process failures and the ability to integrated Machine Learning and AI into models for continuous improvement
  • Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations. Capable of translating corporate goals and objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and drive the supply chain to become more of a competitive advantage
  • Documents and owns revision of new / updated business processes in assigned business product area. Drive strategic roadmap to improve business systems and developing and implementing best practices in Supplier collaboration and Supply Planning
  • Understands upstream, downstream, and work tools impacts to process change across all products and recommend solutions to minimize impacts. Experience leading functions to a best-in-class end state, including identification of strategic gaps and creating the new and different and challenging the status quo
  • Business systems process owner in Supplier Collaboration, and Supply Planning and reporting architecture.
  • Measures and reports on success of new / revised processes. Reporting may include presentations to senior level or executive audiences.
  • Positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills necessary to motivate and a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of ORACLE/MRP/ERP and Advance Planning and Supplier collaboration tools
  • Support large scale ERP and supplier collaboration enhancements and implementations driving digital transformation

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge/experience using Supplier collaboration tools
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or in progress
  • Demonstrated knowledge with functional processes in assigned product. Preferred - some experience as an incumbent worker
  • Demonstrated working knowledge/experience using basic change management principals and approaches. Formal training preferred

Salary: USD 78700.00 - USD 118100.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
