How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Cradlepoint is actively seeking a qualified individual to join the Strategic Programs Office to take on the critical role of Business Process Program Manager in supporting the implementation and delivery of programs focused on review, evaluation, and re-working business processes in support of our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will lead cross functional workstreams within high-profile programs requiring you to easily tap into your experience of business process and associated change management. The candidate must think strategically about business, process, and technical challenges, with the skillset to dive deep and tactically. They must then be able to eagerly roll up their sleeves to execute in a fast paced environment utilizing waterfall/agile/hybrid project methodologies.
What Will You Do?
- Engage cross functionally with various organizations (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Finance) to form and lead integrated teams required to deliver projects/initiative and drive results
- Consult with business areas across the organization to evaluate business / operational processes
- Identify, evaluate and document current and future state business processes
- Perform gap analysis, identify and evaluate required changes to optimize process quality, compliance, efficiency, and cost
- Provide rationale for how process improvement opportunities will assist in accomplishing business objectives
- Act as facilitator / change agent for implementation of redesigned organizational processes
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of process documentation, including periodic review and edit
- Leverage strong relationships with the line of business to ensure continuous improvement after initial implementation
- Responsible for surfacing risks, issues, and disconnects within the assigned initiatives and managing all such issues to resolution
- Influence various business organizations to meet initiative objectives
- Coordination with other Strategic Programs Office staff to support the portfolio of strategic programs
- Understand the business value behind program decisions and advocate for solutions while serving as primary program representative as a team member of high-performing teams
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of internal systems, business processes, and customer requirements
- Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication
- Be a ruthless prioritizer while balancing the needs of the business and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience of three to five (3-5) years in a similar role from a IT/software/services company or device manufacturer
- Demonstrated three to five (3-5) years Business Process and Change Management experience with large, strategic, cross functional programs including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status and managing projects
- Demonstrated effective English communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, organization, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with and understand a diverse set of organizations and functions

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
- $94,500-$145,399
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time:
Your work-life balance is important to us. Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
