Business Systems Analyst

Zipdev is looking for a functional Business Systems Analyst who has some PM skills (can drive meetings/discussions), has prior experience working on MS Dynamics Service Module, and has experience working on SQL and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project implementation and providing support/triage for any incidents and change requests
  • Responsible for working with businesses to document requirements, provide solution options, and implementation of solutions through SDLC/Agile processes§ Responsible for sharing project or incidents/changes status to business
  • Responsible for successful change management using IT change management processes
  • Responsible for testing of solutions, conducting UAT with business, and help in defining comms/training
  • Key contributor and helps with co-ordination within IT team for all tasks§ Act as the Project Manager for IT tasks

Requirements

Must have: Field Service MS dynamics experience

  • 7-10 years of experience working as BSA/PM with a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Solid experience as a BSA: Able to inquire, understand, articulate, and document business requirements/impacts etc. Managing small to medium-sized projects and/or experience in a key contributor role on medium to large-sized business solution projects
  • Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, e.g., Functional specification, Business requirement documents, Solutions assessment matrix, etc.
  • Capability to coordinate/facilitate technical/functional discussions and drive decisions.
  • Prior experience in supporting/managing Microsoft Dynamics Service Module – Field Service Module, Schedule Board.
  • Experience supporting/managing configurations for MS Dynamics Field Service module
  • Experience with SQL required. Ability to extract and debug data from different data sources (SAP, HANA, SQL.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with tools for test script creation, user stories, or ticketing systems like Jira, Service now, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or supporting customer service and/or engineering organizations
  • Experience writing/debugging SQL code, procedures/functions
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Apps platforms
  • Development experience with dashboard tools like Power BI or QlikSense
  • Knowledge of Azure Dataflows and Synapse database.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware/software lifecycles, ERP solutions, ERP development environments/tools
