We’re looking for highly motivated, reliable individuals to join the Caliber Sales Advisor team and help people unlock their true potential. As a Caliber Sales Advisor, you will conduct consultations where you speak with potential clients to discuss their goals and fitness history, match them up with one of our expert coaches, and help them understand what it means to be a client in the Caliber program. You will become an expert on all of Caliber’s products and services, and you will work with potential clients to customize a coaching package that best suits their needs.

No prospecting required. You will be speaking with incoming leads that book calls with you. On average 50% of live calls result in sales. This is a commission-only position with flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong desire to help people become the best that they can be.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly disposition.
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fitness background.
  • Experience with strength training and flexible dieting.
  • Able to work at least 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to discuss their fitness goals and history, match them up with one of our expert coaches, and explain how the Caliber coaching program works in detail.
  • Customize coaching packages with the products and services that best suit the client’s needs.
  • Communicate and follow up with potential clients, and answer any questions they may have about the program.
  • Attend regular training sessions on sales, communication skills, and product knowledge.
