Call Center Supervisor - Remote

Ready to lead a team from home? We need an experienced Call Center Supervisor to join one of the fastest growing healthcare service companies in the United States as a remote call center supervisor. If you have a knack for training, motivating staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service, this is the role for you.

We have one URGENT hire needed for a 7/15/2024 start date and the next hiring date will be 8/12/2024.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise call center staff and ensure top performance.
  • Train and coach team members for success.
  • Manage daily operations and staff schedules.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain high client service levels and compliance.
  • Monitor calls for quality and compliance with HIPAA.
  • Analyze call metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with program training and development.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need:

  • Fully Fluent in English (at C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center.
  • Strong training and motivational skills.
  • Proficient in CRMs and MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
