Ready to lead a team from home? We need an experienced Call Center Supervisor to join one of the fastest growing healthcare service companies in the United States as a remote call center supervisor. If you have a knack for training, motivating staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service, this is the role for you.
We have one URGENT hire needed for a 7/15/2024 start date and the next hiring date will be 8/12/2024.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise call center staff and ensure top performance.
- Train and coach team members for success.
- Manage daily operations and staff schedules.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
- Maintain high client service levels and compliance.
- Monitor calls for quality and compliance with HIPAA.
- Analyze call metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with program training and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- Fully Fluent in English (at C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center.
- Strong training and motivational skills.
- Proficient in CRMs and MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
