Campaign Manager, Social Impact Sales

Role Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Campaign Manager, Social Impact Sales to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Campaign Manager, you will be a part of PagerDuty’s Global Campaign team to build, execute and optimize integrated demand generation programs that drive new business opportunities for the social impact sector. PagerDuty’s Social Impact Sales program uses our technology to do more good in the world, while making it easier for mission-driven teams to access critical technology to deliver on their missions. Working in a highly cross functional role, you will be the glue that orchestrates a multi-channel acquisition strategy in partnership with our Global Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing and Regional Marketing teams, leveraging inputs from our Sales and Product Marketing teams, and Social Impact function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and successfully implement a campaign strategy that includes high-impact demand generation programs that generate qualified pipeline for PagerDuty’s Social Impact Sales program. 
  • Partner closely with the Social Impact and Product Marketing teams to gather feedback and gain a deep understanding and expertise of the target audience of nonprofits, social enterprises and higher education to craft and deliver compelling campaign messaging and offers.
  • Act as the primary marketing expert for Social Impact programs that enable success through the Sales team for this critical and largely untapped market
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel, multi-touch programs, including digital, social, email, webinars, trade shows and events to generate demand. Own the campaign activation plan, working closely with Performance, Regional and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure timely and effective execution. 
  • Continuously measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI, presenting results to senior leaders across the company. Identify critical areas of improvement across the funnel and act on your data-informed recommendations in an agile and thoughtful manner.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech successfully developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience measuring the pipeline and/or revenue impact of marketing campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience driving cross-functional collaboration to develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Non-profit experience is a huge plus. 
  • You are oriented toward solving problems for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, and have lived their experience.
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation programs.
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The base salary range for this position is 98,000 - 134,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
