The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Campaign Manager to join Multiplier. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey, from brand awareness to conversion to loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
The Campaign Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure the effective implementation of campaigns that align with business goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, including brand awareness, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and manage campaign project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilise a range of marketing channels and tactics, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, events, webinars, and website optimization, to drive campaign success.
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant campaign assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies to effectively engage and convert prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing them with the necessary tools and materials to support lead conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into campaigns.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify target segments, customer pain points, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Track and report on campaign metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
What you’ll need 👇
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including lead generation, email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and achieving campaign objectives.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and understanding of the buyer's journey in a B2B context.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to optimize campaign assets for search engines.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
