Position Summary:

Cash Management Business Banking serves the cash flow needs of businesses with annual revenue between $500,000 and $20 million. We are the leading bank for small businesses in our key markets, providing deposit and cash management services and payment solutions. This will be a high visibility role focused on driving innovation, growth, and relationship building and management. This role works closely with key stakeholders across Commercial Bank, Treasury Services, Strategy, Digital and the Cash Management team. This role is a hybrid of core product management and product strategy and will require an individual who can work in an ambiguous environment with influencer skills to work across multiple levels and be able to drive the adoption of new and existing partner strategies that benefit Business Banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end Cash Management Product delivery strategy for Business Banking
  • Lead product initiatives and manage the associated risks and controls to ensure cross-team alignment, while maintaining adherence with legal, compliance, and regulatory guidance
  • Develop a process to analyze and measure product usage and trends, advise on product gaps and enhancements, and develop long-term product strategy and manage product roadmaps
  • Use a data driven approach to provide recommendations for product and pricing simplification
  • Support content and delivery for marketing, communications, procedures, and training
  • Partner with agility leads, area product owners, and business representatives to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Lead commercialization efforts to ensure products and capabilities are ready to be offered to Business Banking clients in close partnership with Field Sales Strategy, Marketing and other key areas
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve client experience, increase retention and client satisfaction, and deepen BB relationships through product go-to-market and commercialization strategies
  • Formalize feedback loop on products and competitive landscape with field teams, including BRMs and CMCs

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with any combination of management consulting, corporate strategy, or product development roles in Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Cash Management/Treasury Services
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize issues and analysis; strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
  • Knowledge of product development processes, project management processes and understanding of product development lifecycle strongly preferred
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and create business/project plans that can be executed against with strong business cases
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills (both written and verbal); ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and collaborate across teams
