Chat Support Agent
We are looking for a Chat Support Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and solve problems, as well as communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via live chat
- Use a variety of tools and resources to troubleshoot customer issues
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members as needed
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience as a chat support/technical support/customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with chat-based communication platforms and support software
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- PC or laptop with a processor that is at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 10 (for both primary and backup equipment)
- Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot
- Ability to work the graveyard shift from 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM Philippine Time
