  • Manage our internal finance, accounting, tax, and regulatory processes
  • Assist in the creation and tracking of company budgets, OKRs, KPIs
  • Support marketing and public relations activities
  • Identify and take on ad hoc cross-functional projects

We’re seeking the perfect combination of talent, experience, and cultural fit. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-6 years of experience in an operational role in a startup or high-growth environment

  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and a constantly changing environment and set of responsibilities
  • A passion and knack for solving intellectually and logistically complex problems
  • Experience with financial modeling and at least a basic knowledge of accounting, as well as the use of Quickbooks
  • Experience with building or use low-code or no-code applications (e.g., Quickbase or Airtable) to solve business operations challenges
  • Strong quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and manipulate data
  • Impeccable communication skills and a highly developed emotional intelligence

While not required, we prefer candidates that:

  • Have experience working in or an affinity to the healthcare industry
  • Are based in or near Washington, DC (though we are open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.)
