- We are seeking a Chief of Staff who will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. This position is not just another job; it's an opportunity to work closely with the founder and CEO, effectively functioning as a co-CEO. As the Chief of Staff, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility and ownership, contributing to the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. This is a unique chance to accelerate your career, learn from an industry visionary, and drive meaningful impact.
What will be your responsibilities 📓
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as the right-hand person to the CEO, gaining their trust and confidence.
- Leadership: Be a member of the company’s leadership team and participate in high-level decision-making processes.
- Triage & Communication: Oversee all CEO communication (email, social media, etc.) to help triage incoming communication and help draft outgoing communication.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges head-on, providing solutions and recommendations that drive the company forward.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO including preparing for meetings and handling confidential information.
- Retreats: We have company retreats quarterly where we fly everyone in and we spend a few days together in person. You will own these retreats, including proposing options for where we should host it and all of the logistical work to make them a success.
- Team Support: Lend a hand to other roles that need additional help, including our Head of Operations.
