Position at Just Badge Worldwide:
This role is positioned within Just Badge Worldwide, the foundational pillar and parent company of the entire iRocket Ecosystem. As a part of Just Badge Worldwide, you'll be at the epicenter of our innovative endeavors, driving strategies and initiatives that ripple across our expansive ecosystem.

Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of operational experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling operations in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech or startup sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, organizational development, and operational efficiency.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with operational software tools, project management platforms, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the diverse software tools used within the organization.
Industry Knowledge:
- Up-to-date with the latest operational trends, especially as they pertain to startups and tech companies.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of the tech and startup sectors.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized with the ability to lead and execute on multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executive members to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture, ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
- Ensure effective external and internal communications.
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics, creating reports that reflect performance and where improvements can be made.
