The Role: Associate, Issuer Solutions Client Services
The Team: The Issuer Solutions Client Services group supports investor relations teams at publicly traded companies by providing ongoing product training and best practice advisory, while simultaneously collaborating with colleagues in other Issuer Solutions business segments. You will join a customer-focused team led by a highly experienced management team dedicated to developing and maintaining client relationships to drive product adoption, growth, and client retention, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Impact: The Issuer Solutions Client Services (ISCS) Associate works directly with Investor Relations Officers (IROs) as well as c-suite executives who utilize our IR desktop software platform that allows IROs to effectively and efficiently interact with institutional investors, target potential new investors, and analyze the impact of their efforts on its shareholder base and stock performance. The ISCS Associate serves as an invaluable partner and resource to our clients enabling them to meet and exceed their IR needs and goals.

You will become a subject matter expert in the investor relations industry while gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of capital markets and institutional investor landscape
You will interact with senior members of management and c-suite executives at public companies of all sizes and industries daily via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
You will closely collaborate with business leaders and key internal stakeholders providing exposure to product management and development, sales and marketing, and a variety of other areas of the Issuer Solutions business
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts by developing key account plans and implementing a targeted strategy
Engage with clients to exceed the expectations set for monthly and quarterly key performance indicators in the following areas: training sessions, leading on-site meetings and account reviews, continuing product education, presenting best practices for Investor Relations workflow, while delivering extraordinary customer service
Troubleshoot client issues and work with internal and external groups to solve client problems, and communicate effectively through resolution
Document written and verbal client communication in our internal CRM system
Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements and enhancement requests and ideas
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional/corporate role
Capital markets/financial industry knowledge and interest
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Jira, or Pendo is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
The ability to work well both independently and within a team
The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately

Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
