Client Relations Coordinator
Description
Salary: P70,000 – P90,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience on a heavy client facing role.
- Client Relationship Management experience
- Client Engagement experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Previously worked in a bookkeeping or accounting firm
What will you do?
Client Communication and Document Management:
- Download client bank statements and reports on behalf of the bookkeeping team and proactively email clients to request missing statements and reports by assigned deadlines.
- Manage communication flowing through dedicated client email inbox to ensure information is distributed to relevant team members.
Prospective Client Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Schedule consultations, request necessary documentation, and send follow-ups to facilitate seamless transitions.
New Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate internal account setups, schedule onboarding sessions, and request necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to address any client inquiries or concerns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Send correspondence and arrange for gifts to express condolences or celebrate milestones on behalf of the company, fostering strong client relationships.
- Collect feedback and/or testimonials from prospective and current clients to assist with improvements to service delivery.
Social Media Monitoring and Content Management
- Serve as point of contact for Marketing Consultants and provide requested information in timely manner.
- Monitor social media accounts, promptly responding to inquiries and engaging with followers and adding content as needed.
