Client Relations Specialist(Korean Speaking)

As a Korean Speaking Client Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Korean-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective communication.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach.
  • Anticipate client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide language support by communicating fluently in Korean and English.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in (any four year course)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer care experience, preferably in a role involving US-based clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
