ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Success Executive, you will be joining the Big Health Client Success team as a seasoned and customer obsessed professional who thrives working as a team player in rapidly evolving environments. This individual is a leader within the Client Success team, skillfully navigating complex client situations while successfully retaining clients, driving enrollment, and delivering growth from their book of business. Trusted by the world’s leading organizations across industries, our exceptional Client Success team is driven to help deliver millions back to good mental health. 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and successfully manage all aspects of your book of business while cultivating strong client relationships across various parts of their organization.
  • Operate as a consultative partner to clients to create plans and successfully execute retaining and growing your business aligned with client goals. 
  • Internal resource for developing complex strategies for their own accounts, and as a team resource to their Client Success peers, setting growth focused individual and client goals driving toward business outcomes.
  • Excellent ability to position Big Health’s treatments and successfully drive participation in Member Growth campaigns to deliver on enrollment goals.
  • Proactively leads the management a named book of business, including National accounts, and cultivates strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders. 
  • Lead for managing enterprise accounts to success while also developing management strategies to mitigate issues and form successful strategic client partnerships.
  • Can clearly articulate client goals to internal audiences, and develops detailed plans to manage and successfully deliver on these goals.
  • Skilled cross-functional collaborator who knows how to communicate effectively and tightly manage projects to completion, working closely with Member Growth, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Legal teams.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in client management roles and healthtech or healthcare.
  • Experience managing complex clients and successfully growing accounts.
  • Excellent presenter to audiences of various size and ability to develop strong executive relationships across organizations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, contributing to on time and successful delivery facilitated by excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team resource and thought leader for skillfully and proactively developing creative solutions internally and externally.
  • Ability to understand and leverage customer data to drive future value and expansion opportunities. 
  • Individual contributor who is obsessed with winning as a team and collaborating to drive continued improvements for our clients and Big Health.

$120,000 - $140,000 a year

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses and equity.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
