About the Role
In this position, you’ll be the linchpin of our client support team, setting the stage for success by implementing structured, efficient processes and supporting our EAs in providing world-class service. Working alongside our Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll have the opportunity to lay the groundwork for our expanding Client Success team and ensure that we’re exceeding client expectations every step of the way.
What You'll Do
As our Client Success Lead, you’ll:
- Lead & Mentor: Be the guiding force for our team of EAs, coaching them to meet and exceed quality standards. From reviewing schedules to managing communication, you’ll ensure our clients feel like they’re getting more time back every day.
- Build Playbooks: Create and update streamlined, user-friendly playbooks for tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Notion, making onboarding a breeze and helping our EAs be irreplaceable assets to their clients.
- Champion Client Satisfaction: Keep a pulse on client happiness. With your knack for organization and proactive approach, you’ll know exactly how clients are doing, what they need, and how to exceed their expectations.
- Optimize Processes: You’ll continuously refine and enhance our service delivery to make it more efficient, using your investigative skills to identify trends and anticipate client needs.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with team management experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
- Leadership: A natural mentor and motivator, you bring out the best in others.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Monday.com, and eager to integrate new technologies.
