Client Success Manager

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Client Success Manager (mid-market segment) to join our team. The Client Success Manager is dedicated to ensuring the ongoing success of their assigned clients. They will be a trusted advisor and offer insights and advice for accomplishing business goals using the EverCheck platform. They will also create client retention plans for at-risk accounts and serve as the clients’ advocate to the technical support and product teams. Good performance in this role will be based on retention and expansion of assigned accounts. This includes responsibilities related to contract renewals, cross/upselling, and price increases. This person should be a natural leader with a passion for customer service and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor for key users and decision makers
- Regularly meet with clients to review shared success plans, collect feedback, and discuss progress on accomplishing business goals using EverCheck
- Manage contract renewals and play a key role in cross sell and/or upsell opportunities.
- Minimize churn by providing proactive customer service to key users and decision makers
- Ensure smooth implementations and provide exceptional training presentations to new key users
- Manage client profiles in the CRM by keeping information updated, tracking health scores and other retention metrics, and making note of major changes
- Manage escalated client issues and provide swift resolutions and recommendations for the future
- Advocate internally for product fixes or features on behalf of clients
- The ability to travel for on-site client visits is essential
