Cloud Advisor

Currently, we are looking for a Cloud Advisor for our team in Poland.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Building client intimacy to become a trusted advisor to our CxO-level customers
  • Helping our clients on the Journey to Cloud and becoming an expert in at least one of these fields:
  1. Creating the cloud strategy and roadmap, translating it into the design of the target operating model supported by a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE)
  2. Driving digital transformations from strategy to successful implementation
  3. Cloud-enabling clients by supporting the design of Enterprise / Target Architecture
  4. Supporting CxO / digital initiatives to enable innovation and growth
  5. Advising on existing new ways of working and creating transparency for new consumption methods (e.g. OPEX vs. CAPEX, FinOps)
  • Creating strategic plans with Delivery (Project & Programme) Managers, sales colleagues, and senior customer stakeholders to build the transformation & delivery roadmap

As we have varying opportunities to work internationally, some readiness to travel in Poland and other locations in Europe is required.

Your key skills:

  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting / business consulting
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into a cloud strategy and transformation plan (explain technology to less technical people)
  • General understanding of public cloud technology, new delivery models (e.g., DevOps), and organization restructuring (impacts of new normal)
  • High-level architecture know-how for at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Extremely structured and high-quality management recommendation for deliverables (e.g., problem-solving, presentations, etc.)
  • Fluent communication skills in English

What sets you apart (we’d consider any of these a big plus):

  • Experience and knowledge from FinOps-framework
  • Other European languages are considered a plus
  • Widely read and up-to-date awareness of industry trends and technology advancements
  • Local knowledge of the law, legislation, regulations, and industry/domain-specific knowledge is a bonus (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, or a blend)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cloud Foundation Certification, FinOps Practitioner)
