Job Description
At U.S. Bank, Cybersecurity product managers plan, design, and oversee delivery of the Cyber strategy and roadmap for their products to achieve business outcomes and financial objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with enterprise stakeholders to set priorities, managing new development, BAU, and providing direction and oversight to the product team.
U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Cloud Application Security and API Protection Engineering to oversee the strategic product management of security control design effectiveness, efficacy of process as it is an integral part of application development pipelines, CI/CD process, with use and presence in cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategic direction, vision, and priorities for engineering development to achieve business objectives.
- Build business and technical plans to include innovation roadmaps, goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular communication with leadership and stakeholders to shape the product strategy and prioritize needs.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate product performance, and proactively champion product improvements to increase adoption of product capabilities.
- Guide and empower the product team to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods) and best practices (e.g., reusability).
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with peer teams throughout cyber, IT and development organizations to discover, exchange ideas and methods to address gaps or improvement areas.
- Coordinate and communicate with team scrum master and people leader to maintain engineering development excellence.
- Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience
- Applicable certifications
Experience Should Include
- 3+ years experience in and demonstrated domain expertise in Container Security, Cloud Application Security, API Protection within Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- 3+ years experience with the concepts and acumen related to Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code Web Application Firewall (WAF) offerings and Full Life Cycle API Management.
- Experience related to extending value of disparate products while securing use of API integrations, access and functionality
- Strong competencies in cloud service integration, cloud native features, enterprise static, dynamic, vulnerability, container, and code repository security controls
Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications
- API Protection within Microsoft cloud services (Azure)
- GIAC Certification Web Application Defender (GWEB)
- CISA Certified Application Security Engineer (CASE)
- GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certification
- AWS Cloud Solutions Architect

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
