Responsibilities :

  • Develop a strategy for dealing with an increasing number of audits, compliance checks, and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors, PCI, RBI PSS, ISO27001
  • Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date information security policies, standards, and guidelines. oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of security policies and practices.
  • Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors, and approved system users.
  • Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with enterprise business continuity management program goals.
  • Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services, including, but not limited to, privacy, risk management, compliance, and business continuity management, for both internally and externally delivered services.
  • Create a framework for roles and responsibilities with regard to information ownership, classification, accountability, and protection.
  • Liaise with the product and IT architecture teams to ensure alignment between the security and enterprise architectures, thus coordinating the strategic planning implicit in these architectures.
  • Coordinate information security and risk management projects with team managers from across the business unit teams and IT organization.

Qualifications :

  • Have 5 or more years of combined experience in information security and risk management
  • Experience with the system, network, or security administration/engineering in a Unix-based environment
  • Experience using industry-leading security solutions and technologies such as firewalls and UTM devices
  • Possess 4 or more years of experience working with IT security guidelines and requirements outlined or as driven by SOX, PCI-DSS, RBI PSS, etc.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and JenkinsCome with experience of ISO 27001 implementations
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as PythonExperience with security assessment tools (Aircrack-ng, SQLmap, or Nessus)
  • Experience with some security frameworks (NIST, SOX, HIPAA, or ISO)Background with knowledge of operating systems (Unix)
