What does a Commercial Account Executive at CoderPad do?
CoderPad Account Executives engage key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as a part of our mission to empower technical teams to hire with confidence and better the technical interview process for all. As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our Account Executives goal to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
The role reports to the Global VP of Sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting (call, email, LinkedIn) into a triaged list of target accounts and engage Talent Acquisition & Engineering stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition
- Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent-based tools
- Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with new prospects and existing customers
- Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approach
- Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight our customers!
Who are we looking for?
- 3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive
- A hunter mindset & Entrepreneurial spirit!
- Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions
- A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team
- Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo are a plus
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
Compensation for this role includes: 50/50 base salary and variable + accelerators
Base salary range (in USD): $55,000 - $65,000, with OTE for this role: $110,000-$130,000/year
Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include equity and other company-wide benefits you may be eligible to receive.
