Role Description: Commercial Account Executive, France & Benelux

Role Purpose: 

Wasabi Technologies Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious sales Rockstar with proven commercial sales experience. We're growing fast and looking to add to our growing sales team. 

You’ll prospect for new business and nurture and sell to warm leads that have been well-cultivated by Wasabi’s outstanding marketing and business development teams. You’ll have an arsenal of resources to help your prospects learn about the disruptive price, performance and protection benefits of Wasabi hot cloud storage. 

This role will report to the Country Manager for Southern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Wasabi hot cloud storage solutions to new and existing clients. 
  • Leverage channel and technology alliance partnerships to accelerate sales. 
  • Leverage marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales leads, and increase revenue. 
  • Host discovery and technical customer meetings to gain inspired understanding of Wasabi’s disruptive hot cloud storage solution. 
  • Develop strong customer rapport and trust. 
  • Listen and capture your prospects’ data storage needs. 
  • Provide consultative advice. 
  • Generate free-trial accounts, POCs, and customer wins. 
  • Coordinate with Wasabi organizations including Marketing, SalesOperations, and Sales. 
  • Engineering to ensure that clients receive high-quality service. 
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to rapidly isolate ideal prospects and systematically track activity and forecasts. 

Requirements:

  • Your background in selling IaaS, cloud services, cloud storage, data backup, and disaster recovery solutions into named enterprise accounts will be key to your success in this role. 
  • A track record of attainment of MM+ annualized quotas is strongly preferred. 
  • 3 - 5 years of technology sales experience (storage experience a plus). 
  • French and English speaking required 
  • Disciplined about planning, setting goals, and following up. 
  • Self-starter, passionate about achieving success. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Salesforce or HubSpot CRM experience. 
  • Sales training certification a plus. 
  • Coachable and open to feedback on suggested alternative methods and processes. 
  • Creative team player, willing to make positive suggestions to further the team’s success. 
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak English and native/advanced French.
