Communications & Marketing Specialist
Crawford Group is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist for our client. As a Certification Communication and Marketing Specialist, one will be the go-to resource for all communications related to the Digital Experience (DX) Certification Program. The role will lead all communication to internal stakeholders as well as candidates. One will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that information about the program is available to all candidates and that it is clear and consistent. One's ability to write clearly and effectively will be crucial in this role, as will the ability to communicate changes, updates, or problems in a way that makes sense for everyone involved. Graphic Design experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Develop and create all written content that support and provides the voice of the DX Certification program
Responsible for streamlining FAQs, best practices, system documentation, standards, and guidelines
Write, edit, proofread, and serve as the communications expert for program and marketing materials such as blogs, news articles, websites, digital media, social media, campaigns, and special initiatives
Create presentations, story boards, and PowerPoint presentations with graphics to fully convey team initiatives
Create collateral and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders outlining performance of marketing campaigns and overall statistics with regards to the program
Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking and prioritization
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a writer preferably in the technology, educational, or software industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred). Writing examples required
Experience with industry standard programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Learning Platforms, etc.)
Strategic thinker able to convert transformative ideas to practical solutions that deliver successful results
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature
Great follow through and attention to detail
Ability to tell a story through strong writing and data visualization skills
Creative mindset – constantly thinking of how to take the marketing program to the next level
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Sound analytical skills – ability to use marketing metrics to develop and drive successful campaigns
Four-year college/university degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or Journalism strongly preferred
