About this role : 

We are looking for a Community Team Lead in France to lead our Community Support team. You'll be working remotely but from time to time there will be a requirement to attend our Paris office or one of our other global hubs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Organise your team of community support specialists to take care of the community using Dealabs.com
  • Develop ways to improve the efficiency and productivity of your community support team
  • Ensure your country is fully aligned with global initiatives and you and your time is always ready to participate
  • Detect any changes in your community behaviour or sentiment and work with your country lead to address them early on
  • Collaborate with our product and tech teams to ensure any feedback or suggestion is raised to the correct team
  • Lead by example when it comes to communication internally and externally 

Your Profile : 

  1. Proven experience in leading a team and you're able to do this in person and also remotely
  2. Excellent understanding and use of both French and English (the platform is French but communication with colleagues is expected in English)
  3. Dispute resolution is your thing and you lead by example when it comes to satisfying the needs of our community
  4. Strong communication skills
