Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Compensation Administrator who possesses a deep understanding of People Operations or Human Resources systems, ideally with Workday experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating labor law compliance materials, managing system requests and ticketing within Workday, handling billing tasks, and performing detailed data entry for our COBRA administration and other compensation and benefits systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labor Law Update: Stay current with federal and state labor law requirements and ensure that all company labor law posters are updated timely and displayed appropriately across all locations.
  • SharePoint/Intranet Report Updates: Manage and fulfill requests for report updates in SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the data provided for internal stakeholders.
  • Workday Ticketing: Serve as the first point of contact for Workday ticketing system, resolving issues and managing user requests efficiently to maintain smooth operation within the People Operations platform.
  • Billing: Oversee the billing process related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payments, and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
  • General Data Entry for COBRA: Execute meticulous data entry tasks for new hires and terminations in the COBRA system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Data Entry for Compensation and Benefits Systems: Provide data entry support for various compensation and benefits systems and vendors, contributing to the integrity and reliability of our People Operations database
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with People Operations systems, preferably Workday.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance and experience with updating labor law posters.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and report generation.
  • Strong skills in data entry with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.
  • Experience in billing within a compensation and benefits context.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments and vendors.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration within People Operations or Human Resources.
