The Role:
ClickSend are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the Support Team to ensure ClickSend and its customers are compliant with regional and global requirements for number registration, campaign registration, sender IDs and message content. This role will aid ClickSend in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors by ensuring our internal processes improve our network compliance. The role will report to ClickSend’s Technical Support Manager and will work closely with stakeholders from all parts of the business include Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech and Customer teams. The Compliance Manager will also have strong influence over ClickSend’s anti-fraud processes including new account verification, campaign approvals, high-risk payment investigations and credit card chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for ensuring ClickSend have up-to-date processes and documentation for the registration and provisioning of global numbers and SenderIDs, including TFNs, 10DLC, Shortcodes and other dedicated numbers.
- Be responsible for responding to vendor/supplier questions about message and campaign compliance, and completing customer paperwork where required
- Regularly review fraud and spam incidents and provide reporting and feedback to assist ClickSend in improving it’s regulatory compliance
- Work with Sales and Customer leaders to ensure all customer facing team members understand processes related to compliance and provide coaching for Support/Approvals team members to ensure anti-spam / fraud controls are properly implemented
- Work with internal Product teams to ensure we have up-to-date customer journeys as part of the registration of new numbers and senders as part of onboarding to send to individual countries
The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Understanding of the global messaging business, including registration requirements for numbers, campaigns and senders
· Strong customer focus to assist customers with completing paperwork/forms for registration
· Strong organisational skills to ensure clear understanding of all applications required and in-flight
· Reporting skills, to table and escalate request volumes, processing times, rejection rates etc
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence upwards for changes in processes and systems
· Coaching and training skills
