What you will do:

The Compliance Manager supports the implementation and effectiveness of a risk-based Compliance program. This position is responsible for managing elements of the compliance program and projects to detect and mitigate compliance risk while ensuring alignment to the global Compliance strategy and plan. The Compliance Manager collaborates with Compliance Officers and other members of the Compliance and Legal organization to develop policies and trainings, execute auditing and monitoring activities, and support other key activities. Under the supervision of the dedicated Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager may execute projects or components of the Compliance Program with a high level of independence. This position is responsible for supporting Compliance leadership, the Compliance Officer, and his/her respective Compliance Committee(s) to maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and business leadership to detect and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop and deliver training, policies and guidance that support business goals.
  • Execute and maintain monitoring and auditing activity.
  • Review and manage compliance metrics to inform the strategy and goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of the businesses and their operations.
  • Support tone at the top with functional leaders and a culture of compliance.
  • Execute programs which ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards across divisions.
  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, simplicity, and speed of action.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to the Program informed by industry trends and best practices.

What you need:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of work experience required, preferably within a compliance function.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the required elements of effective ethics and compliance programs and experience with AdvaMed code and other relevant standards preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Data analytics experience required.
  • Travel requirement: 10-20%


$83,000-$176,800 USD Annual salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
