The Role

This is a full-time role for a Content Editor at InsyncAI located in Bengaluru. The Content Editor will be responsible for day-to-day content management and editorial duties, including reviewing and editing web/customized content for our chat assistants, conducting research, and working with our team of editors to ensure that our content is engaging, accurate, and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Editorial team to understand and explore Generative AI content, leveraging the linguistic expertise.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of AI models by testing like an end-user and provide workable solutions.
  • Conduct meticulous quality checks on AI-generated output/content, an essential component of Insync AI's success.
  • Take on the responsibility of reviewing and providing constructive feedback on the work undertaken by colleagues.
  • Thrive in an Agile work environment and align seamlessly with the dynamic nature of a startup.
  • Assume the role of a process owner, ensuring consistent quality across all products and outputs.
  • Possess a foundation in working with web browsers, MS Office tools, and internet concepts, including webpages and HTML.
  • Excel in debugging and meticulously documenting issues while offering viable solutions.

Qualifications

  • BBA, BCA, or similar graduation degree
  • Fresher to 1 year(s) of experience
  • Fluency in written English (both US and UK styles) is a critical requirement for this role.
  • Experience can vary from being a fresher to having a year's worth
  • Working with version control systems (like Git, Bitbucket) is an added bonus but not mandatory
  • Basic scripting knowledge (like Python, Shell scripting, Powershell Scripting or any other) is an added advantage (not mandatory)
  • Analyzing data using Excel or other data analytics tools using basic statistics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
