Position description
The Content Management Analyst leads operational projects and participates in larger scale projects for department-supported products, applying project management and business analyst methodologies. Serves as an expert user of the content management system and other vendor tools, including A/B testing, translation management, etc. Manages contractor resources. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts. Performs other duties as needed.
This is a limited tenure position with an anticipated end date of two years from start date.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, publishing or related field and two years' experience working on project teams, writing and analyzing business requirements and/or web operations.
Additional qualifications
Background in health or science-related information, or understanding of medical terminology is preferred. Team leadership experience preferred. A/B testing experience preferred. A strong understanding of how to write valid HTML preferred.
