The Role
We seek a dynamic Content Marketing Manager - Editor with a strong blend of editorial and copywriting skills and data-driven strategy. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in editorial roles, leading content production to boost organic growth and engagement. As part of the content marketing team, you will focus on ensuring our content is of the highest quality, adhering to brand voice, compelling and SEO-optimized to drive brand awareness, and audience engagement, and support our overall marketing goals.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of the editorial process and content marketing, particularly in organic growth, and possess exceptional project management, editorial, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Editorial Excellence: Ensure the highest editorial quality, tone, and consistency standards across all content outputs. Mentor and guide the content team, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and innovation in storytelling.
- Strategic Editorial Leadership: Direct the strategic planning, development, and execution of our content marketing efforts, focusing on our blog's editorial calendar. Ensure content spans the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), balancing thought leadership, educational content, and product-centric stories.
- Content Analysis & SEO Mastery: Lead in researching and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies and content trends. Keep Sprinto at the forefront of our industry, ensuring content remains relevant, and engaging, and effectively drives organic reach.
- Collaborative Content Development: Oversee and manage a diverse range of content production, including articles, interviews, case studies, and insights, aligning with broader marketing strategies and objectives—Foster team collaboration to ensure a unified brand message and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Performance Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, deriving actionable insights to continuously refine and enhance our content strategy. Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion, driving significant organic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A minimum of five years of experience in editorial, content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A portfolio of published work. Experience developing landing pages, ebooks, and whitepapers is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and a strong data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good to have: experience writing and publishing thought leadership pieces.
