Content & Programming Specialist

We're looking for Content and Programming Specialists with a passion for creating, organizing, publishing, and engagement with our Pro Products on one-to-many success initiatives. You'll play a key role in rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and eventually customer retention and expansion by creating best-in-class social and community programs for our Pro Products.

What You'll Do:

Engagement Strategies

  • Increase customer retention by planning and executing against one-to-many engagement strategies for customers, including online and offline touchpoints such as training, webinars, surveys, user groups, knowledge base articles, Community content, social media, and more

Content Creation

  • Create visual materials (one-pagers, slide decks, emails) for mass distribution to customers
  • Write compelling copy for multiple media including ST Community, social platforms, webinars / training sessions, etc.
  • Write accessible and effective technical guides for non-technical customers
  • Develop, design, and host large customer webinars
  • Create and collaborate on content based on trends and data insights
  • Develop a portfolio of proven content themes for each active programming channel, with an additional "test lane" for continuous testing and analysis of new ideas

Community & Program Management

  • Support content marketing team in podcast, webinar, and other content-related operations
  • Achieve key performance metrics including views, engagement, open rates, follows, comments, and kudos
  • Identify, participate in, and cultivate influential communities that ServiceTitan customers are active in.
  • Learn ServiceTitan platform to effectively communicate Pro Product value
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of global storytelling trends, innovations, technologies, and platforms

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent writing and content creation skills with the ability to speak and message effectively to ServiceTitan's audiences
  • 3+ years' experience in a content, marketing, or customer facing role with hands-on experience developing and executing cross-platform engagement strategies
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas across media
  • Capacity to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information, particularly when it comes to relaying the value of our Pro Products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build consensus and work collaboratively as part of a team

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $48,000 - $69,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
